The Busy Hospitality Woman’s Steak Stir-Fry
I love steak! It’s a staple in my diet, and for good reason.
As a woman working in the restaurant industry while managing the demands of a menstrual cycle, I’ve learned how important it is to prioritize foods that support energy and recovery.
Red meat is an excellent source of high-quality protein and provides important nutrients such as iron, zinc, and vitamin B12.
Iron is particularly important for women because of monthly blood loss, and getting enough through your diet can help support healthy energy levels.
For the sauce, I use coconut aminos instead of traditional soy sauce. It adds that delicious salty, savoury flavour you expect from a stir-fry while being a popular soy- and gluten-free alternative.
When you need a quick, satisfying meal that doesn’t compromise on flavour, a steak stir-fry is the perfect choice.
Tender strips of beef, crisp vegetables, and a savoury sauce all come together in just minutes—making it an easy go-to for busy shifts.
