5-Minute Raspberry Chocolate Mousse For Hospitality Professionals

class bowl with chocolate tofu mousse and raspberry topping

I absolutely love this recipe, especially since I’ve struggled with food addiction throughout my life.

Many people working in the restaurant industry struggle with food addiction, particularly with fried snacks and sugary treats, because of access to these foods.

Highly palatable foods can activate the brain’s reward system and influence dopamine, a neurotransmitter involved in pleasure, motivation, and reward.

Therefore, adding protein to dessert recipes, like tofu, can help reduce blood sugar spikes and cravings.

By cooking at home and substituting quality ingredients, you have more control of what goes into your recipes.

Chocolate raspberry mousse is rich, creamy and satisfying, a decadent treat without relying on a long list of ultra-processed ingredients.

Start by making this 5-minute recipe. Try making it today and let me know what you think.
