    Over the course of 6 weeks, we’ll focus on upgrading your eating, spending, and drinking habits while building sustainable lifestyle recommendations and supplements to support your journey.

    What’s included:
    ✔️ One initial consultation to set your goals and create a personalized plan.
    ✔️ Two follow-up sessions to keep you accountable and adjust as needed.
    ✔️ Ongoing support via email + text for 4 weeks.
    ✔️ Tailored recommendations for nutrition, lifestyle, and supplements. A custom PDF and potential meal plan.

  • You’ll be asked to complete a 7-day food journal, including tracking your alcohol intake and lifestyle habits. Once reviewed, I’ll provide personalized suggestions and recommend alternative food options to support your health goals.

    You’ll also receive customized recipes tailored to your specific needs and dietary restrictions, making the transition to healthier choices seamless and enjoyable.

  • In this service, I thoroughly review the supplements you’re currently taking. Based on your unique needs, I’ll recommend and educate you on high-quality alternatives, advise you on the best times to take them for optimal effectiveness, and suggest removing any that may not be serving you.
