  • What’s your background and training in nutrition?

    I trained at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, but my real education began during my own healing journey in the hospitality industry.

    That experience sparked a deep respect for the mind–body connection, especially for professionals working long shifts, irregular hours, and high-stress environments. I experienced firsthand how burnout, fatigue, and disconnection can quietly build, and how powerful it is to address them holistically.

    Today, I specialize in supporting hospitality professionals, guiding them toward sustainable wellness, helping them reconnect with their bodies, and creating realistic strategies that fit into the flow of service rather than against it.

  • What makes your approach different from a typical diet plan?

    From my personal experience working in restaurants, I understand that other factors affect diet, such as the environment and relationships.

    This is about building habits that actually stick to your schedule. Late nights, irregular shifts, staff meals, I work with your reality, not against it.

  • What common issues do you help clients with?

    Many of my clients—especially those in hospitality, navigate long shifts fueled by sugar, processed foods, and alcohol.

    Over time, these habits can drive inflammation, disrupt gut health, and leave you feeling depleted both physically and mentally.

    My approach is to meet you where you are, helping you build balanced, realistic alternatives that support your energy, digestion, and overall resilience, without adding more stress to an already demanding schedule.
