If you work in the hospitality industry, you’re constantly surrounded by tempting treats, whether it’s candy at the hostess stand or a guest insisting you take a piece of cake; sweet treats are hard to avoid.

That’s why learning how to bake can be a skill that helps you create a healthy snack to pack for your shift.

A healthy black bean brownie is a delicious twist on the classic treat, packed with wholesome ingredients that add nutritional benefits without compromising on flavour.

  1. Rich in protein and fibre: These brownies are made using black beans as the base, which gives them a moist, fudgy texture while adding a boost of protein and fibre.

  2. Low in Added Sugars: Sweetened with natural ingredients like honey or maple syrup and flavoured with rich cocoa powder, these brownies are surprisingly decadent.
