Wok This Way, High Protein Steak Stir Fry
I love steak! It’s a staple in my diet, and for good reason. As a woman working in the restaurant industry while managing the demands of a menstrual cycle, I’ve learned how important it is to prioritize foods that support energy and recovery.
Red meat, in particular, provides essential nutrients like iron and protein that help combat fatigue and maintain sustainable energy levels during and after long shifts.
When you need a quick, satisfying meal that doesn’t compromise on flavour, a steak stir fry is the perfect choice. Tender strips of beef, crisp vegetables, and a savoury sauce all come together in just minutes—making it an easy go-to for busy weeknights.
