Nutritional Yeast Turkey Breakfast Quesadilla
Early mornings and long shifts call for a breakfast that fuels your body without slowing you down.
With added nutritional yeast, you’ll get nutrients like B vitamins, which support energy production and nervous system health.
Additionally, because shifts can be quite stressful, nutritional yeast provides antioxidants, helping to mitigate oxidative stress.
Quick to prepare and easy to make ahead, this hearty, portable breakfast is perfect for hospitality professionals who need lasting energy before a busy shift on the floor or in the kitchen.
