Fuel Your Shift with These Juicy Brisket Burgers
After a long shift, the last thing most hospitality professionals want to do is spend hours in the kitchen. That's why I love recipes that are simple and nourishing, and that make enough for leftovers.
This slow-cooker brisket is packed with high-quality protein and rich, savoury flavour, making it perfect for busy weeks. Enjoy it on a burger, in tacos, sandwiches, or added to soups for multiple meals with minimal effort.
Protein is essential for supporting muscle repair, steady energy, and recovery, while beef also provides iron, zinc, and B vitamins to help fuel demanding days. It's a practical, satisfying meal that works as hard as you do.
