Coconut Citrus Quencher Mineral Mocktail

Mineral mocktails are a simple, refreshing, and alcohol-free way for hospitality professionals to replenish minerals and actually stay hydrated—on and off the floor.

Drinking them regularly can help boost energy, support healthy muscles, promote nervous system health, keep blood sugar balanced, and improve cellular hydration.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Juice of ½ orange

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • Sparkling water to top

  • Ice

  • Lime, orange slices, or pineapple (for garnish)

Directions:

Shake together coconut water, citrus juices, salt, and honey. Pour over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish.
