Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites

I absolutely love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate—it's always been one of my favourite sweet treats. However, traditional peanut butter cups are loaded with refined sugar, which can lead to blood sugar spikes and crashes, making them less than ideal for balanced energy and overall health.

That’s why I started making my own peanut butter chocolate bites using simple, wholesome ingredients.

By swapping processed sugars for natural sweeteners and using high-quality dark chocolate, I can still enjoy that rich, creamy, and indulgent flavour without the unwanted additives.

These homemade bites are delicious and packed with healthy fats and protein, which will help control cravings and keep energy levels steady.
