Apple Baked Healthy Breakfast

Who doesn’t love a sweet breakfast? I know I do—but in moderation, of course! Making breakfast at home isn’t just more budget-friendly; it’s also a way to control what goes into your food.

By skipping store-bought options and cooking at home, you can avoid unnecessary sugars, preservatives, and additives while experimenting with healthier, delicious alternatives.

Ingredients

1 cup cooked [234 g] Oatmeal

3 large [150 g] Egg

1 tsp [4.2 g] Vanilla Extract

1 tsp [2.3 g] Cinnamon

1 tsp [2.2 g] Nutmeg (Ground)

2 apple Apples (Chopped with or without skin )

1 cup [227 g] Whole Milk Greek Yogurt Plain

1 tbsp [10 g] Flax Seed Meal

Directions

01. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

02. Warm apples in the microwave for 2 minutes to soften.

03. Add oatmeal, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flax seed meal together well.

04. Mix in apples.

05. Place in an oven-safe bowl and bake for 10-15 minutes.

06. Let cool and top with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt. Enjoy warm.
