High Carb Mango Rice Bowl For Hospitality Professionals
Many people try to avoid high-carb foods, but hospitality workers can use the right amount to fuel their bodies before and during a shift.
Carbohydrates are your body's preferred energy source, especially during physical activity and long periods on your feet.
Rice provides easily digested carbohydrates, while sweet mango adds natural sweetness and additional carbohydrate fuel.
Pairing this bowl with a protein powder and healthy fats such as coconut milk can make it a more balanced meal and help keep you satisfied during your shift.
