In this package, we'll work on restoring balance to your health. A three-month commitment is ideal, providing enough time to stay dedicated and experience meaningful results.
We'll focus on improving your eating habits with personalized lifestyle recommendations and supplements to support your journey.
You'll learn to incorporate mindfulness and intuitive eating, replacing unhealthy habits, allowing you to feel empowered and take control of your health.
During this period, you'll also commit to avoiding alcohol for three months.
